Sara's assistance and input with the Keotogenic diet has been extremely helpful and life changing. The Ketogenic diet has enabled me to lose 5 lbs within the first three weeks of starting. It's helped to improve my overall quality of like and combat seizures. Three months ago I had two back to back Grand Mal seizures and was diagnosed with Epilepsy. I had been having partial seizures for the past 25 years since I was 8 years old and was unaware of what they were up until this point. It was very frustrating because the doctors and Neurologists give everyone the same blanket diagnosis..."we don't know what causes this" and "we recommend medication which you most likely will be on for the rest of your life". After doing extensive research medication was a last resort and I wanting other options.
Sara combined the information that I shared with her with my test results and developed a comprehensive body of recommendations that she clearly communicated to me. I was certainly not the easiest client to work with, as fitness has never been a priority in my life; and my test results reflected a number of red flags that required action before more serious issues developed. After a few months of closely following Sara’s recommended plan for my diet combined with supplements, I am absolutely amazed at the progress that I have made. My energy level and attitude have improved significantly, and my heart rate and blood pressure are also moving in a very positive direction. Most of all, I just “feel” better overall.
